Is this a good CPU + GPU combo?

Ryzen 5 3600 + GeForce RTX 2070

Will this be good or will the GPU be too much for the CPU?

Update:

Was also considering the RTX 2060 or the RX 5700

There isn't a lot of CPU bottlenecking data, but above video starting at 7 minutes shows this cpu tested in games with AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT versus RTX 2080 TI.

If in 4K gaming, there is a need for as much graphics processing as you can provide. In 1920x1080 ultra settings, some games show performance improvement and sme show none or even appear AMD biased in gpu. If the difference to a RTX 2080 TI is not large, you get even less out of a RTX 2070. You add 33% to the cost going from 2060 to 2070. It'd judgement, but I think RTX 2060 is enough.

You could look into your power supply, storage for a high speed SSD to clone to a faster bigger one, amount of ram, computer case, fans, cpu cooler for overclock, etc. You don't gain much in gaming, but get higher stability and better reliability.

It's a good combination. Remember something like a Ryzen 5, 6-core/12-thread processor used to cost over $1000 not so long ago.
