I am a 63 years old, occasional marathon runner. Now I run 3-4 times a week each time 5-10 km. What should be my optimal hear rate range?

Sorry, but there is too much variation in heart rate ranges for us to say. If it's important enough, you can ask your doctor. Check your health insurance policy to see if it covers a "wellness visit".

If you are serious about training, you might consider getting the answer from a sports medicine center.  For a fee, they can put you on a treadmill, monitor your heart and your breathing. They can measure how much oxygen you consume. They may be able to determine a lactate profile, and VO2 Max. From this, they can recommend training programs that may use a heart rate monitor.
