Why does the the media refuse to platform Richard Spencer and other members of the Alt-Right?

It’s a shame. It’s disgusting how people with these views are discriminated against and grossly underrepresented in mainstream society. Why isn’t Richard Spencer ever invited to speak on Tucker Carlson? Or MSNBC? Sure, he gets to go on CNN like once every 2 years just to be used as a sound bite to attack Trump. But his real views aren’t represented fairly. Other Dissident Right people like Mike Enoch and Nicholas J. Fuentes are also shut out of the mainstream conversation despite having large followings.

Why isn’t Richard Spencer ever invited to go on Jimmy Fallon? Why isn’t he ever a part of a panel discussion on a big news network? I bet it would get a lot of ratings and social media attention if it happened, so why do they refuse? Why do they want to suppress the Alt-Right or the Dissident Right from entering the mainstream conversation even though our views represent a significant proportion of the American population?

Update:

He also isn’t ever invited to go on Dave Rubin’s show or the Joe Rogan Podcast even though these people are closely tied to him as Alternative Right Wing media people

The only "platform" Spencer should have is one with trap door under it and a noose above it, just like his good buddies the Nazis who we executed at Nuremberg in 1946.

The stations don't want to be used as a soap box for hate speech.  Besides, it'll cause too much controversy from the numerous viewers that it'll offend.  As such, that would give the stations a bad reputation.  Just remember that they're essentially a business that doesn't want to lose customers.

Dicky Boy enjoys his Hate Speech and like I've always said, you're free to spout Hate Speech but stand up like a man and take what is coming to you from the people you spew hatred about.....but the right wing racists NEVER do that.  They merely want a platform to speak as though they have something of value to say and then run away.

They, like Spencer, never make themselves available to the people they hate in order to get what is coming to them.

    Go figure.

Dicky Boy is free to print whatever crap he wants to and hand it out on street corners where he can easily get what is coming to him....but no, he wants to appear in a University intellectual setting as though the crap he spews has value and so that the university or podcast sponsoring the venue can pay for security to protect his silly A$$.....why should they?

Let him ENJOY whatever is coming to him from the people he hates.  I will hold his coat for him.

As always, your ramblings prove that you have nothing sensible or worthwhile to say.

Mike Enoch and Nick Fuentes are great, and the dissident right is growing exponentially.

Richard Spencer is a clown, though.

The views of perhaps ninety percent of the world is he's a prick, and about half of those would like to kill him, if they even heard anything he had to say. I'm not in America.

Because he is a racist and bigot in the truest form. The alt right is a white supremacy organization that is also anti lgbt and equality.

So that means he shouldn’t be allowed on MSNBC? Republicans are allowed on MSNBC

His views are too extreme for regular programming.
