    In a simply way: in microwave 2 minutes, or you can separate meat and sauce from spaghetti, because spaghetti is better "al dente": so you can use a very hot sauce on the spaghetti, or you can reheat spaghetti for 1 minute and sauce for 3/4 minutes.

    Or in a pan with one spoon of extra olive oil.

    Microwave.  Low setting, longer time.  Then, when it seems really hot, let it sit for a minute or two for the heat to spread around inside the food.  I can't tell you how long because it depends.

    It will be better covered inside the microwave (to trap steam).  You can judge whether it's hot enough by feeling the bottom of the dish or container.
