Assuming that the figure is a rhombus;
then z + 6 = 3z + 2 so 2z = 4 and z = 2
and 7a + 5 = 5a + 9 so 2a = 4 and a = 2
Update if you need more, and please choose
a best answer from among those you get.

If it's a kite then z = 2 and a = 2 with equal sides of 8 and equal sides of 19
Because 3z+2 = x+6 and 7a+5 = 5a+9

ABCD is a rhombus.
3z + 2 = z + 6
z = 2
7a + 5 = 5a + 9
a = 2
