There are more than 70 specific attractions and activities listed at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tourism_in_Portland,... and another 30 or so outside Portland listed https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tourist_attractions_...

Besides that, Oregon has hundreds of miles of Pacific Ocean beaches (which, by law, are open to public access), most beaches are sandy but some are rocky or sheet cliffs.  There are dozens of lighthouses, thousands of miles of rivers, and thousands of miles of foot paths, backpacking/equine trails, unpaved forest roads, etc.  Oregon has about 4,300 square miles of protected wilderness and several times that area of national (26,000) and state forest (1150 sq mi).  Washington has roughly similar features.

What do you like to do??  Washington has Olympic National Park, and Rainier NP.  And in the city, there is Pike Place Market.  You can visit the original Starbucks there.  The Space Needle is interesting with a great view.

Oregon has Crater Lake NP.  And there's Pioneer Square & a lively downtown in Portland.  You can see Mt Hood & Mt Saint Helens from there too.

Both states have beautiful scenery and many activities in the outdoors. Both states have cities that are worth exploring (Portland and Seattle).
