Yes brineing does not make the turkey salty. Just more flavorful.
It would take too many words to explain the process but it is great.

I wouldn't - just stuff it and roast in the traditional manner - but I hate salty things.

I never have before. Just put in oven n let it cook and baste it with broth and butter ever half hour to keep it moist till done
