    fried chicken, collard greens, pigs feet, kool aid, 40 oz malt liquor... KFC and soul food.

    I've only tasted a few, but most look quite palatable.

    I'd pick fried chicken, sweet potatoes and red velvet cake.

    Anything that's not deep fried will be fine.

    No such thing as black American food. Fried chicken originated from Scotland. Cornbread is Native American food. BBQ is Taíno food. It's sad that so many people don't know this.

    We say "soul food".

    And it ALWAYS depends on who's cooking. 

    (That is, whether they know what they're doing or not.)
