Are there any restaurants left in the US with an indoor smoking area?

Not bars, or outside areas, but indoor restaurants. I remember being a kid and them asking us, smoking or non-smoking? I can't remember the last time I was asked that and I've been to all 50 states. I'm not a smoker, just curious if these nostalgic places still exist.

I haven't been to any restaurant that permitted smoking in probably close to 20 years. Some bars allow smoking in certain cities, but not any that I've been to.

Here in MN, native american casinos allow smoking, including smoking sections in their restaurants.

When the smoking ban was drafted and passed, legislators were worried it would get struck down if it included native property (they could sue claiming sovereignty and would jeopardize the law), so they exempted native land.

Most if not all cities have banned it due to health concerns. We live in a different time now. Smoking is not only considered unhealthy but unsanitary

No unless it was a private club.  Losing rights starts with things like this.
