How does claiming back business mileage work?

When claiming back business mileage using the HMRC rates which I believe are 45p per mile for the first 10,000 and 25 per mile there after; how much of this amount would you get back assuming you have paid the appropriate tax throughout the year (I currently work under CIS).

i.e if you claim for 20,000 business miles, which doing the maths is £7,000, how much of this would you get back in a rebate?

What do you mean by "back business mileage"?  I've never heard of such a thing.  The law allows for business mileage - you can claim for that.  Your body has nothing to do with it, whether it's your back, your front or your feet.
