non-local schools cause transportation nightmares. School Districts are often burdened with the added costs of running buses further and further away.

They aren't so much against school choice as they are beholden to the liberal teacher's unions.

Who is against school choice...? Maybe you're confused with some having had some negative opinions on the forced busing.

And if it's a good school they shouldn't choose it? If choice is an option, then nothing is stopping a diverse array of residents from choosing it.

    yeah ! ..good question.

Everyone knows that conservatives like Trump, David Duke and Rep. Stephen King send their kids to inner-city, predominately black schools !!!

I am a public school teacher. You don't UNDERSTAND school choice. In "school choice" the SCHOOL HAS THE CHOICE. No Voucher School in Los Angeles takes special ed children, or children with disabilities. They are FAMOUS for dumping kids with low test scores.

You have no idea what you're talking about?

"School Choice" is a term made up by the people that back those sham charter schools where CEOs close the doors and walk away with millions.
