How many days would it take me to get a toned stomach? ?

If I did 10 sit ups a day... how long would it take to get a toned stomach. I don’t have a huge stomach, I’m 5’3 and weigh 104 so I don’t have a big stomach, my stomach is just soft and not toned. It’s pretty flat, bloated at times but is sort of flat but how many days would it take to get a toned stomach if I do 10 sit ups a day? Lol jw

3 to six months do 25 per day

Start with 10/day and grow that by 5 bi-weekly until you get to about 50 per day. To keep toned, you will never stop... Initially, as you build up to the 50/day, it should take about 3 months to see the "toning".
