My kids and their friends pronounce it co-INKy-dink. Just for fun, but it has caught on.

I'm astonished at how few people think it's important to indicate where the stress lies.

    Co - INN - sid - dense.

I say "co (w)ihn sih dens"  (the si is a schua sound more or less, sort of a short i but not quite, and I have that odd insertion of an almost consonant (the w sound) between the co and the in). That is, it is more co-win than co-in.

But that is how I say it.  I definitely do NOT employ a long I sound so it is not inside.

It would be inside for coincide, though.

A is the closest, with the stress on the second syllable. It used to be that words starting with "co" to mean "with" were hyphenated- "co-incidense".  But we stopped using the hyphen. It's still pronounced as a separate syllable.
