    What would be the point?

Besides, the POLICE can't remove court records and the court won't bother checking death certificates against criminal records.

Records of your wrong doings will probably stick around.

    No. it will remain.

  • I'm not really sure what purpose they'd have to keep it after you die.

No.  The record might have value in future investigations.
