    There's a vast range of possibilities depending on the severity of the problem and its cause.  If the cause is treatable or manageable and caught early, it may have no effect on longevity.  At the other end of the spectrum, if the cause cant be treated or managed and the problem is already advanced, then life expectancy could be anywhere from one year or less to  a decade.
