Why in Western popular culture are images of Jesus or Elvis funny yet Mohammed means a fatwa?

It's almost as if all religions aren't equally bad, and that Islam is inherently more problematic than any other belief system on earth, and that a country would be wise to limit the flow of people who follow such an ideology into said country.

But only a "Nazi" would say something like that.
