Chubby cheeks vs "normal" cheeks?

What's the difference? I mean, many people say that somebody has chubby cheeks but they seem normal to me, like everybody else.

So, does everyone have chubby cheeks then?

Idk, I honestly can't see a difference.

I know this sounds like a stupid question but I see no difference so I'm a little confused.
