True or False: Working out on an empty stomach is better because you will burn more calories than will if you eat something?

    You will burn calories whether you eat before or after you exercise, The only difference is , you will be hungrier after you have exercised.

    MT tum, working out, what's going to be happening? Its simple, you will be getting energy from your fat reserves. You will be hungry after because, your body knows its lost some FAT and, your bodies got used to that FAT.

    False. When your blood sugar is down, it can be a bad idea. I did this once and got deathly sick. I don't recommend it.

    Not eating will always help you loose weight idiot!

    No eating no gain!  Thats how gravity works!
