Does aviation content on youtube also categorized as made for kids? If my video got children voices does it affect my video?

    Don't think of it as "Made for kids" - think:

    Is it _acceptable_content_ for kids?

    The age or adult/child rating should be like the same thing would be rated for a TV program or movie.

    If the content is all OK for under 13 or whatever, set it as such.

    If it's eg. something like an Air Crash Investigation episode showing an aircraft crash  and some of the survivors talking about it happen to be/have children, it's adult rating.

    Including children incidentally does not automatically make it child-friendly.

    Likewise, having no children involved does not automatically make it unsuitable for kids.

    Yes it should. Anytime you have young children's voices in the background of the video, you must mark it as child-friendly. The only other logical option is when you can mark it not for children and add some background music to conceal their voices. Either way, you have to get all that done before the COPPA policy kicks in on New Year's Day 2020.
