When taking an immunity shot with ginger, elderberry, etc, should I wait a certain amount of time before eating or can I eat right after ?

Unless the product says to refrain from eating/drinking after using it, you should be fine eating and/or drinking after using it.

Why would you need to wait to eat after drinking some juice?????
