Yes, the Transport Layer is correct.

Actually none of them do. The OSI model is obsolete and not used any more. TCP is a sort of transport layer, but not as defined by ISO.

  Cisco's still teaching it. If you want a Cisco cert you better learn it. No use complaining about it.
