There is a camera in the staff toilets at my work?

Question

I’m just wondering if this is allowed or if the camera would be able to see me in the stall. The camera is on the ceiling but the stall don’t reach the ceiling the have a bit of a gap and the camera is just a little outside the stalls.

If you are in the stall, can you see the camera? If not, it can't see you.

If you Really need to know, 

ask to see the monitor at the other end of the system.

 It's probably a smoke detector (perfectly legal, and required) rather than a camera (extremely illegal).

Oh don’t fret my pet. It is completely legal and there is nothing you can do about it. Companies say it is illegal just to make you feel Safe. Clearly your company goes by their own morals. They just want to see the bass man package you got.
