That is Mont Orgueil Castle, on Jersey, in the Channel Islands.

Strictly, it is not in the UK - the Channel Islands while 'Possessions of the British Crown' are not part of the UK (e.g. they have no MP's in Parliament).

  Strictly speaking, they own the UK.   The channel islands are the last vestige of the independent Dukedom of Normandy, which conquered England in 1066.
