For them, it is because they don't want to change their thoughts and it's not possible for them. They can deny their denial of the existence of autistic people if they want to.

No, Richard. How would you like me to DENY YOU? Autistic people have the same rights as anyone else. And disability rights ARE Civil Rights. They aren't separate from them.

No, you can not deny the existence of a large population of people simply because they have a disability. That's like denying the existence of white people, it makes no sense.

No. For one, in having to ask, you acknowledge their existence, and for another, that's like denying the existence of developmental disabilities and mental illness- just because you can't see them doesn't mean they aren't there. If you're insinuating that it's because you can't see it that it isn't there, then you deny the existence of air, your internal organs, your bone structure... anything you can't see.

If this isn't the case, then you already screwed yourself over in asking, because (once again) you acknowledge them and try to say they aren't real after basically saying they are.

Also, denying people exist is rude. People on the autism spectrum have feelings too. You wouldn't deny that your friend who has depression exists, why people who have autism?

Nope, because by asking this question, you clearly are proving that you know we exist.
