is 528 platelets count too high for my 25 pounds poodle?

    Do you mean 528/µL? Dogs should have a platelet count of or almost 200,000/µL, so unless we have a miscommunication that dog is dead.

    Edit: More than 500,000/µL can cause spontaneous hemorrhaging.
