How to get back in shape for soccer?
I was injured for a half the year. I get so tired and out of breath now when I play soccer, I'm so disappointed because I use to have incredible endurance. I'm not really sure what to do anymore. I want to get back to the top of my game. Do you have any drills as to what I should do to build endurance and be able to play a 90 minute game without getting tired?
I'm a forward and so I need to be able to sprint, cut etc.
