There are a series of tiebreakers that they use,it does like this:Head to head results, followed by, Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.,

best won-lost-tied percentage in common games,

best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference

    .strength of victory,

    strength of schedule,

best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.

best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed,

best net points in common games,

best net points in all games, best bet touchdowns in all games, and if somehow the tie is not broken, the go to a coin toss.

    I hope this helps.

  • This is where Point Differential and Margin of Victory come in. Division Record and Conference Record also factor in.

The tie would be broken in the following order:

    1. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.

    2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.

    3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.

    4. Strength of victory.

    5. Strength of schedule.

    6. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.

    7. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.

    8. Best net points in common games.

    9. Best net points in all games.

    10. Best net touchdowns in all games.

    11. If tie is still not broken, coin toss.
