Which is correct?

Though many people would not (see / see it), parasites can be beautiful.

    I think you need to specify that there is a particular thing that is not being seen.  Otherwise, you are saying they do not see (anything), that they are blind, not just to the one thing, but to all things.

    See it would be best, but, in lieu of either, "agree" is another option.
