As a Canadian citizen, or as a foreign student? Competition among foreign students is much tougher - much larger pool of applicants internationally, and far fewer spaces for foreign students than for citizens.

There is NO specific "percentage" to get into any university. Admissions committees consider GPA, test scores, recommendations from teachers, and other criteria in their decisions. You can search online for statistical data on previously admitted students. You should exceed the averages to improve your chances of acceptance. Prerequisite courses for admission vary by school, so you need to research the specific schools you are interested in applying to.
