Why do I always wake up super fatigued from a nap?
Anytime I nap, I wake up super fatigued. It's not just that I'm tired, I'm extremely exhausted to the point where it's really hard to move my body, and I feel like I haven't slept in days. This lasts for about a half hour to a hour, and I just have to wait it out. I tried drinking water and eating salty food when I wake up, but it doesnt help.
