What do you see as the biggest issue with bureaucracy, in its current form?

It's cumbersome. It takes way too long to get even the most menial projects done.

all too often it exists to serve itself rather than the purpose for which it was supposedly created....
...this is commonly seen with the various "regulatory" agencies at all levels of government... new regulations are published every year, which then requires new rounds of audits...which invariably results in new rounds of fines and increased taxes...
people who argue are met with "oh...so you don't like safety/clean air/safe food...?" etc... but the simple fact is that many of the new regulations are redundant or made needlessly complicated solely to justify the existence of the bureaucracy....

The bureaucracy, the FOURTH BRANCH of the government, is a HUGE PROBLEM. They are ACCOUNTABLE TO NOBODY! They are NOT elected and they CAN'T be kicked out...and they are clearly bad actors.
The STATE DEPARTMENT is a PRIME EXAMPLE. They practice whatever level or path of "diplomacy" that THEY SEE FIT. Case in point...ALL THE UNDERMINED GOVERNMENTS and the COLLUSION with GEORGE SOROS in HIS attempt to create "OPEN SOCIETIES"...another word for CONTROLLED PUPPET SOCIALIST governments. Look the UKRAINE! Total corruption by the State Department and people funded by SOROS...to completely undermine the government. It was TOTALLY CORRUPT. Why do you think a COMEDIAN (!!) got ELECTED to OFFICE!! It is at the HEART of the IMPEACHMENT NONSENSE...the DEMS are hiding their law breaking!
