I'm sure some sociopaths are racist, some aren't. Some psychopaths are racist, some aren't.

Well.  White people are not "born" to be racist but they are "conditioned" to be racist if they were born and raised in Western countries because the whole society is racist catering to them and were built on the ideas of white supremacy.  It takes continuous efforts for white people to understand the notion of the inherit racial bias that are being built in the society so that they as individuals can choose be part of the problem or part of the solution in the fight of racism and racial injustice.

Nothing natural about it. Believing that humans come in races is taught. Biology does not support  that belief

No you can't define racism as a mental illness, just think of the loop hole it would create in a legal system.

    .

Most people who express racist attitudes are not actual sociopaths or psychopaths. Expressing offensive or inconsiderate

statements toward races of peoples for just having their racial appearances isn’t necessarily from racist trait or psychiatric

disorder. Committing or excusing criminal and unethical forms of racist behaviors is from racist mindset or mental problem.

People are generally racists from their own environments. They had memorably bad experiences or negative informations

of some races of peoples, and irrationally indicated their personal resentments or indoctrinated prejudices by being racist.

No. They are taught to hate by parents / relatives / observing how people are treated and other influences.

No, not at all. Children learn to be racist by observation of their parents and other adults or older children.
