Take 100 moles of the solution (or any other number you want, you get the same answer).

    moles of CO2 = 100 moles * 0.00036

    moles of H2O = 100 moles - moles of CO2

    Calculate mass of CO2

    Calculate mass of H2O

    mass % CO2 = Calculate mass of CO2 / ( Calculate mass of CO2 + Calculate mass of H2O ) * 100
