Seriously? Forget it. Look sheepish and take your sentence like a man.

Pay extra for a good attorney who has a good reputation with the court, and will speak for you on your behalf. Have some good reasons/plan for why for the attorney to use. Like you are moving away from the area, getting rid of your friends, going back to school, are not around drugs of any kind, going to church, should never have done it and now know how stupid it was. It might not work for a 2nd. since you didn't do any of it for the 1st. So, you need one more. Why the judge should believe you. Which is what the judge can see and you can't. Your attitude.

This is a question to talk to your attorney about. Often they know something about the personality of the judges and may be able to give you some suggestions of what will work best for the specific judge.

Tell the truth. Ask politely when you are asked is there anything you would like to say and be calm if you don't get the answer you want.
