Depends on what you mean by that.

Windows 10 itself normally only has one password.  That is the one you use to log on to the computer itself.  If Windows remembered the password then anyone would just be able to walk up to your computer, turn it on, and access it.  So it does not remember the log in password.  (There is a registry hack you can do to make it remember.)

But I suspect that what you are really asking is how do you get your BROWSER to remember passwords for the different web sites.  That has nothing to do with Windows 10.  That is a feature of the browser.

The Edge browser that comes in Windows 10 is able to remember passwords.  Normally the first time you enter a password for a site it will ask you if you want to have it remember the password.  If you say no, it will not prompt you again.  Both IE and Chrome also have the same feature.  Have not used Firefox in a while, but it always use to have the feature.

If it is not offering to save passwords for you, most browsers have a option in their settings where you can clear temporary files and passwords.  You will need to google your browser to get specific instructions for it.  If you clear all of that it will then begin to ask you about about saving the passwords.

Only what is used for the OS. Browser logins Firefox and explorer both remember passwords if you choose when logging in

Windows 10 is the OS. The only passwords it remembers are its own

You can install a software program that saves and manages your passwords. Win 10 will run that program

Most browsers have the ability to save online passwords as well
