How can alj judges get away with lying when it deals with ssi or ssdi? Don’t say they don’t I have proof and nobody cares!?

    Judges don't lie - what would be the point?  They have a job to do and they do it - which is to judge the evidence.  They have no interest in your being denied or approved.  They aren't paid more or less if they deny or approve a claim. They review the medical evidence and they make a determination as to whether or not they think you meet disability requirements of the law.  Just because you don't like their decision doesn't mean they are lying.  If they think you aren't severely disabled and you don't like their decision, you've got 60 days in which to appeal it - just like the denial notice tells you.

    Lie? How do they lie?  They don't testify, they judge.

      Judge caught not looking at written brief wasn’t first so denied good old boy system.
