Hard Money Lending?

Question

Background is in operations for Conventional FHA VA and Jumbo mortgages... interested in working on the operations and or origination side for a hard money lender in the future. What should I know about hard money lending?

They need far fewer employees.  Hard money means securing liens on the property/projects in question more so than normal qualifications.

More opportunity in conventional fields I suspect.
