According to Romans 3:23 it shows that all have sinned & fall short of God’s glory, this is because what is stated at Romans 5:12 through one man sin entered into the world & death through sin this death spread to all men because of sin.

Scripture states that if someone claims they have no sin, they are a liar and the truth is not in them.
All sin. And sin is not strictly defined as an action. It can be a thought.

Technically nobody sins, since a God would have to actually exist to go against its Will. If we use the bible as a source for what sin supposedly is, Original Sin is our actual human nature, which is certainly problematic. It really boils down to our internal struggle between our intellect and our emotions when they don't agree. You know eating cookies right before dinner will ruin you appetite, but emotionally, you really want to eat those cookies. If you give in to your emotions/flesh, you have sinned according to religious views. It is certainly complex and relative, where if you ate the cookies because you were hungry and did not realize the time and that it was almost dinner, it would not be sinful because you did not know restraint was required. Sin becomes relative to what you know since the goal is to do what is intellectually correct for the well being of you and others. Also the intellect and emotions can agree, we call this being rational as opposed to disagree, which we would consider irrational/sinful.

Romans 3:23 would suggest that. Compare Isaiah 59:1-2.

Yes, no human being is perfect, and therefore all human beings sin.

Most of us do. Little children don't. They are free from sin until they begin to learn the difference between good and evil.

Yes. 1 John 1:8 says: If we make the statement, “ We have no sin,” we are misleading ourselves and the truth is not in us.
