Well it's certainly ambitions,  This is cloud gaming service,  No downloads or discs and no console,  But i have reservations as to how well this will work, Internet/ Wi-Fi connection will have to be good, If you have Data cap connection this is a problem, if you were streaming at just 720 this will use over 4GB per hour at 4K it would be huge, I just don't think there will be a big enough market at present, The launch feels like a beta test for the first year, I personally prefer Console/PC, But there is a lot of investment going into cloud gaming and i think this is where gaming will be going in the future.

Yes it is and its pointless when there easier and cheaper alternatives.
