what happens if you work out while drunk?
a hard workout, like running or jogging a few miles at a steady pace or cycling 20 miles.

Dehydration, overheating, vomiting, etc
You could pass out or hurt yourself

Depends on the person. You might feel sick and quit. You might be able to complete the workout, but certainly wouldn't perform at your peak. It would increase the probability of poor form, and thus injury. If exercising outdoors, there would also be an increased risk factor of injury by automobiles or falling off the sidewalk/running into something).
I'm not against drinking at all, but it's safer to do your drinking after your workout, versus prior to it.

I'd be surprised if you can run or cycle for multiple miles while drunk. I once exercised while drunk and I got tired quicker, maybe that's just me, but I gave up half way through. I also got thirsty, more quickly than usual.
