The question is too hard. Most head-on crashes occur at speeds where the drivers can't avoid each other. I've seen it happen even on the sidewalk when people walk into each other.

Any speed. White people love to text and drive. Be very careful in rural areas.

There's no speed at which "most" head-on collisions occur. You could have a head-on collision even if you and the other driver were driving only 10 mph.

    47.3 mph.  *rolls eyes*

It depends on the road condition, if the road is rough and winding, a little higher speed may cause accidents.

When a head on accident happens both vehicles are reducing speed rapidly, the one with less mass quickly going into negative numbers.

i'd say at the average speed of a given road .. most of the time its a drift from texting etc or a drunk heading up the wrong side at average speed .. maybe occasionally a swerve to avoid an animal or object ..

Probably less than 65 because there isn't usually oncoming traffic on the interstate highways.
