The Word Catholic means 'Universal' and the first Catholic Church was made around 300 years before Jesus (pbuh)..and it was made and created in the time of Alexander the great..and its combined between the Roman religions back then and the Holy Texts..and it was also made to be as a religion for the 'whole Roman Empire' and the Roman citizens in all the world..to be a universal and united religion for all of them..and thats why they Created the Catholic Church and adopted all this pagan teaching and symbols as they wanted for all the citizens to follow the same religion and be united..and thats why they Created this man-made religion and they took part from each religion 'back then' and wanted to be a universal religion..but our Catholic friends hate this fact and the history about this so much..as they grew up imagining its the true path and the true religion and they get shocked when they know the truth..!

but Idols and statues and images is already forbidden in the 10 commandments in Torah 'the Old Testament' and its totally against the Holy texts and what the prophets taught..

They deny that they are idols, but they will still go on pilgrimages to visit ones that are reputed to have miraculous powers. To them, they just have them to remind them of good people.

We have images of saints to remind us of the holy people who have paved the way for us in the early history of our Church, just as we have images that remind us of the great Americans who paved the way for our nation. We do not have idols, because an idol is something or someone other than God, that is worshipped, and the Catholic Church absolutely forbids the worship of anyone or anything other than God, which would be the sin of idolatry.

They have artwork, not idols. The tradition of artwork depicting characters from the Bible and paintings depicting stories goes back to the time when most congregants were illiterate. The art was a way of reminding them of the stories.

No one is worshiping idols there.

    Why would they not

Because they are violators of the 1st and 2nd  commandments. They've ignored the warning written in Rev 22:18-19.

Because catholicism is from the devil.  Catholicism is not Christian.  Catholicism teaches works for salvation, which leads to hell (Galatians 1:6-9).  Catholicism also has tons of other false doctrines, and didn't even exist for over 300 years after the Bible was complete.  Get away from catholicism.

Nobody can be good enough to avoid hell. The truth is that death leads to immediate heaven or hell, depending only on whether the person believed in Jesus for eternal life, or not.

    .

The truth is that Jesus loves you and wants to bless your life freely :) Most of all, Jesus wants you with Him forever, and not in hell. The truth is that every belief except one will lead to eternal torment in the lake of fire for every person. Because nothing pays for our sins except the death and blood of Jesus, the sacrifice of Jesus that is already accomplished by Him . Jesus loves you! The truth is that Jesus is God, and Jesus died on the cross to pay for all of our sins in full, and then Jesus resurrected from the dead. Nothing else pays for our sins, not works, not deeds, not religions. So the only way to heaven and to avoid hell, is by believing in Jesus for eternal life (John 6:47), without adding any of your own works (Romans 4:5). Believe in Jesus to take you to heaven, and you will be in heaven, no matter what, guaranteed. That easy, thanks to Jesus! Tell Jesus that you thank Him that you will be with Him in heaven when you die, because you believe in Jesus! It is too late to be saved, after death

Tradition. The English Reformation took a dim view of graven images and threw them out of chuches, along with the stained glass windows which was (artistically) rather unfortunate.
