How would the jury duty judge respond to you telling him that you're homeless on the streets? Would you still have to serve?

Potential jurors are pulled from driver license rolls. Even though you're homeless if you have a driver's license there is a possibility that you can be called. The summons would be sent to the address on your driver's license. I don't think it would make a difference if your homeless or not. Plus I don't know why you would be complaining. You get paid.

Yes, you would still have to serve and the judge will probably not excuse you.

You better be able to prove it, or the judge could give you a place to stay for a couple days.

Its not possible for a homeless person to serve jury duty, because they've no address to send the letter of duty to.

How did you even get a summons if you're homeless?

Simply being homeless would not be enough to get you out of jury duty. You'd have to prove that you are unable to get to the courthouse on a regular basis. If you're homeless, you have even less of a reason to not show up.
