"Brandi" is already a "unique spelling" of Brandy. So you want a unique spelling of a unique spelling? 

Add an E to the end and call it unique. It won't be, but tell yourself it is.

Spelling Brandy ... BRANDI ... is enough !

Spell it in a 'unique' way and you'll spend the rest of your life 'correcting' people

and having it spelled incorrectly on official forms .. which could be a problem !
