Felony Entering Canada ?

Do they background check EVERYONE driving into canada? Or is it done at randon?

    They scan every passport into their computer.  They only have to look down at their computer screen and read it.  So it's kinda random.  Like randomly 75% to 90% of the time.

    Every time your documents are checked, the information is transmitted to a central data base. This is a set of records of criminal activity in both countries and previous attempts, successful or otherwise, to cross the border. Then it is up to the officer or his senior to decide whether to allow you in or not.

    I takes CBSA less than 10 seconds to run your name on CPIC- NCIC.  They run everyone.  Aren't computers wonderful?
