Can I straight away study bachelor degree (honours year) after a-level?

It is usual to apply to a bachelor's degree in the final year of A-levels and commence the degree in the September of the year in which the A-levels are awarded.
However the honours year of the degree is the final year in which you complete a honours dissertation. Most degrees are three year programmes so you have two years of taught courses that you must complete before you begin your honours dissertation.

Depends on your A-level results whether you would qualify to apply for admission to bachelor's degree programs. See schools' websites for their admission requirements, application procedures, etc.

In the UK during your A level final year you then apply for University.

The primary requirement for college (bachelor's degree) is finishing high school. It doesn't matter what you've taken up.
