You contact the utility providers and ask for an average bill for that particular address.

Some do it over the phone and some request it in writing.

Some estimates of a typical apartment average (without heating and cooling) around $65.

Cost depends on usage, standing charges and where in the world you are

IMPOSSIBLE question to answer given you have provided no indication of how long the heating / cooling will be used for each day or how many hours a day you are home

hard to say, generally in NJ maybe 50 electric....more if you have electric heat, oven, clothes dryer...more if you run a lot of things (lights, microwave, blow dryer, etc) a lot.

is it gas heat or just gas cooking? cooking gas is about $10/month unless you cook a lot...

heat I couldn't guess.....a lot of variables such as temperature, thermostat setting, insulation... many apartments include heat in the rent....but newer ones are being built with individual systems.

Depends.  Are you in NYC, or are you in Buffalo??

Square footage means NOTHING in determining energy usage. Age of building, air escapeage, single or double paned windows, where in the world do you live, what season are you talking about? & SO much more. We can't possibly guess with any level of accuracy.

In Japan? Barely anything. In California? Barely anything. In Canada? Quite a bit. It would be really expensive to heat an apartment if you're on Pluto. Mars is hot so if that's where you are you don't need heat, just air conditioning and AC for a Mars bubble is going to be really expensive.
