Is orange juice shelf-stable when not in a fridge?
Recently, my parents were away for two weeks and left a bottle of orange juice in the trunk of their car. The orange juice was not opened and the weather has been pretty cold. The bottle shows no singed of any sort of fermentation and it smells okay. I am wondering if it is still okay to drink.
Thankyou for the help!

It's not going to go so bad it will make you sick. It will taste bad long before it could do you any harm, if it ever could.

Oj has pulp in it & tastes much better

If it is longlife/pasteurised juice it will be OK if it was unopened until it was removed from the car. If it was fresh unpasteurised juice or if it was opened it may have gone 'off' and would be better not to taketh risk.

If it comes from the refrigerator case in the store, it is not self-stable.
