    Use

    pV = nRT

    After converting all quantities to "standard" units,

    83.1e3Pa * 2e-3m³ = n * 8.314J/mol·K * 283K

    and so

    n = 0.0706 mol

    multiply by Avogadro's number to get the number of molecules:

    N = n*A = 4.25e22 molecules
