Do the LGBT creators suing YouTube make a good point that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act was not for censoring people?
Section 230 was meant for censoring content like swearing, vulgarity or obscenity. It was never intended for letting YouTube or Facebook demonetize or ban videos just for having "white nationalists," "gay," or "conservative" in their headlines or videos. The Supreme Court regularly strikes down laws that promote discrimination against viewpoints or people.

While a disagree with the policies of Youtube and Facebook, they don't NEED a law to allow them to refuse content of any kind for any reason. A law would be needed to prohibit it.
